Relaxation Massage
The main focus of a relaxation massage is to de-stress, calm and relax the mind and body. This massage style aids with your mental and emotional health, as it calms the mind and settles the nervous system. Relaxation massage provides a general loosening up, encourages blood flow throughout the body and helps boost the immune system by stimulating the lymphatics. Relaxation massage is great for individuals who’ve had a stressful week/month, as it allows the body to catch up and recharge. A relaxation massage treatment will usually involve flowing strokes and kneading, performed at a light to medium/light pressure. It’s a pain free therapy and an effective way to de-stress and relax the mind and body. This IS NOT a deep tissue massage. All relaxation massages include hot towels for your feet, hot stone back placement and the application of Cryoderm.

Deep Tissue/Trigger Point Massage
This massage uses medium to deep pressure and relieves tension, muscle spasms, stress & inflammation. We will use a combination of deep tissue & trigger point techniques, perfect for anyone with soft tissue problems producing pain & discomfort. All deep tissue / trigger point massages include hot towels for your feet, hot stone back placement and the application of Cryoderm.

Prenatal Massage
This massage is specifically tailored to the expectant mother's needs to address various challenges during pregnancy and help the mother-to-be relax. Prenatal massage is performed side lying. **If your pregnancy has been deemed "high risk", please provide a physician's note.**

Hot Stone Relaxation Massage
Experience an ancient healing massage which incorporates a Swedish Massage with heated basalt rocks. The combination of the heat and massage oils ease tension, relieves sore muscles and leaves you feeling balanced and refreshed. Bamboo Massage
Bamboo massage is very similar to a deep tissue massage, but instead of the therapist using only their hands, forearms and elbows to perform the massage, he/she uses heated bamboo tools. These heated tools are used to warm the muscles, knead deeper into the tissues and reduce pain in the ligaments and joints. The length and width of the bamboo tools used, varies based upon the area of the body being massaged. Bamboo massage therapy can also improve your skin. Bamboo extract contains silica, which assists our body in absorbing calcium, potassium, magnesium and other essential minerals that give your skin a health glow.
